A one-day, in-person course for mid- to senior-level leaders, team managers, supervisors, project and functional leaders, HR and people managers, and professionals aspiring to leadership roles. Participants explore influential leadership communication through interactive simulations, leadership conversations, feedback exercises and case studies. Topics include communicating vision, executive presence, storytelling, emotional intelligence, feedback, coaching and difficult conversations.
