Makan Club w/ Hope Street Radio

Makan Club is a four-course dinner by Storyteller Chef Zach Green, inspired by the flavours, seasons and abundance of the Top End. The evening includes native ingredients, open-fire cooking and matched wines, with additional drinks available from the Hope Street Radio bar. Held alongside BRIO X: A Decade of Reclamation, it suits people interested in food, art and stories of Country.
