The whole fish option is Barramundi, available steamed or crispy with a choice of sauce and sides such as steamed jasmine rice, chef’s special fried rice or stir-fried vegetables. Other mud crab preparations can be paired with the chef’s special NT sauce, Szechuan chilli sauce or garlic butter.

There is plenty to accompany the food, including green, jasmine and oolong teas, wines, beers and signature cocktails inspired by Asian flavours. Fresh juices, mocktails and soft drinks are also available.
