Dock One Bar & Food brings together food, drinks and waterfront views in Darwin’s Waterfront Precinct. The menu centres on fresh, locally sourced ingredients and includes a broad mix of substantial dishes and shareable plates. Standouts include Humpty Doo barramundi with mango vinaigrette, chives and mash; a 250g rib eye with house-made pickles and Café de Paris butter; and the Dock One Burger with beef patty, Mac sauce, cheese, salad and fries. For the table, there are options such as baked feta, grilled king prawns, whole charred octopus tentacle and oysters served either plain or in the venue’s own style. Tiramisu provides a straightforward finish.

There is room for different kinds of visits, from a casual brunch or drinks on the deck to an evening meal with friends or a special celebration. The food menu is available for dinner on Mondays and Tuesdays, while the venue opens from late morning on Wednesdays to Sundays, making it suitable for both daytime and evening plans. An oyster happy hour runs daily between 4pm and 5pm, according to the venue’s menu.
