Club Lime Palmerston

Club Lime Palmerston is a two-level gym in Oasis Shopping Centre, offering a broad mix of equipment for strength, cardio and functional training. Upstairs, members have access to Technogym cardio equipment, pin- and plate-loaded machines, a large free-weights area and a functional training zone. There is also a 24/7 Virtual Reformer Pilates room with individual reformer beds and guided virtual sessions.

The downstairs area adds another free-weights section, more machines, a second functional training zone and space for sled pushes. That layout gives members several ways to structure a session and may help spread people across the club during busier periods. The facilities suit members who prefer independent training, whether they are working through a weights programme, using cardio equipment or mixing up their routine with functional exercises.

The gym is open 24/7, with digital access available around the clock. Existing Club Lime members can use the Club Lime App to access participating clubs, while prospective members can register for a three-day free trial.
