An eight-hour, in-person corporate workplace training program covering harassment, sexual harassment, bullying, discrimination, victimisation, respectful communication and employer responsibilities under Australian workplace and WHS laws. Through discussions, workplace scenarios, case studies, role plays and policy familiarisation, participants learn to recognise, prevent, address and report inappropriate behaviour. The program is suited to workplace participants seeking practical guidance on respectful, psychologically safe and inclusive workplaces, with a completion certificate and 8 CEUs/CPDs/PDUs.
